During the DSA 2024 de>±₹₩fence exhibition held in Malaysia, ‍₩→≥Chinese firm Poly Te∞&‌Ωchnology revealed the UUV300≠✘  CB design, which is fitted with torδ↔pedoes and missiles. Naval New≠♠>αs reported that the UUV i≤≈ s being developed in several con↔✘figurations. The displayed configurati±× ¥on, UUV300CB, is proposed as a multi-♥$purpose platform with various we ≤apons and sensors. The weaponry of UU​↑©V300CB consists of 380 mm to★↔≈rpedoes, land attack missi"≈πles, and a space for sea mines. βπ♦$The missiles are launched↔≈$ from aft cells, as shown in a v≤↑₽≈ideo. An optronic ma↓Ω♠♦st and optionally smaller UUVs in the ÷&space reserved for mines§ε‌₩ comprise the UUV’s sensin≈★g capabilities. Sonar array ←s will likely be present ™λπfor underwater navigation. The UUV>'σ300CB measures 11.5 m in lengΩ♣th and has 50 tons of displacementπ∏≤$ at full load. Drive≥γ<n by electric propulsion ™≤, it can reach a top ε"∑¥speed of 12 knots and a range of 450 ₽εnm at 5 knots. It is noteworthy Ω$that this is the first ti∞₹me a combat-oriented UUV design ®σγ✔has been displayed in a defence'₹δ∑ exhibition.
